At BALADINA, we offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund. Please ensure that your item is in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at baladina.clothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Your feedback is highly valued as we continuously strive to improve our products and services.

Once we receive your package and verify that the item meets our return criteria, we will process a full refund for the item within 7 business days. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns: Shipping costs associated with returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our customer service team will assess your situation and inform you of any potential reimbursement or additional support.

Please Note: Items purchased on sale or promotion can only be exchanged, not refunded.

 

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will be happy to either replace the faulty item with an identical one or issue a full refund, based on your preference, after receiving and verifying the returned item.

 

Exchanges

We also offer a 15-day exchange policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To request an exchange, please email us at baladina.clothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. Our customer service team will assist you with the process.

Once we receive your package and confirm that it meets our exchange criteria, we will send the new size and/or color as requested.

 

Please Note: Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to carefully check our size guide and product descriptions before purchasing, as exchanges due to sizing or preference will require the customer to cover the shipping expenses. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
